- Oversee all aspects of high-end office tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage onsite construction activities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and safety compliance.
- Implement and enforce project-specific safety programs and protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project software to track project progress, manage documentation, and streamline communication.Profile
- 7-8 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on high-end office tenant improvements.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve excellence.
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
