Our client, a rapidly growing Series B startup, is at an exciting inflection point after their successful AI-powered feature launch in April. They're now seeking exceptional engineers to scale both their team and product impact.The Role: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer focusing on AI integration, you'll join a distributed engineering team building and scaling customer experiences and in-house tooling. You'll work directly with the Head of Engineering and collaborate across design, product, and support functions.What You'll Do:

• Build and improve products serving organizations from small nonprofits to large institutions
• Create engaging, responsive interfaces and APIs that drive customer adoption
• Contribute high-quality, tested code for both frontend and backend systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance internal tools and processes
• Own problems end-to-end, from conception to execution
• Help scale AI capabilities across the entire platformTech Stack: Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, HTML, CSSWhat You Bring:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong production experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript
  • Track record of shipping end-to-end features independently
  • Experience integrating AI/LLMs into production systems
  • Complex PostgreSQL database design/querying expertise
  • Excellence in remote/distributed team collaboration
  • YC experience is a plusCompensation & Benefits:
