- Partner with business leaders to demonstrate ROI and expand platform adoption
- Lead the evolution of Career Passport and career pathing featuresPlatform Leadership
- Partner with Product leadership to define feature roadmap and requirements
- Collaborate on improvement of AI-powered skills-inference capabilities
- Establish governance framework for gigs, mentorship, and learning recommendations
- Work with Product team on integration needsStakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders to drive adoption
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners
- Present platform metrics and success stories to executive leadership
