Job Description: Implement multi-modal interaction algorithms and functional applications for digital cockpits, including but not limited to directions such as ECNR, NLP, and CV. Pre-research and explore cutting-edge technologies in the EV digital cockpit industry, such as End-to-end, all-in-one (NLP, Audio, CV) large models, and conduct sufficient feasibility verification for their application in digital cockpit scenarios. Exploration and implementation of the core algorithms of large language models, develop the base of the LLM at the NIO for optimization and application by various businesses of the NIO. Experiment with the application paradigm of large model agents in the digital cockpit scenarios and assist in the research and development of large-scale landing tools. Requirements: PHD / MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or artificial intelligence related fields. Those who are familiar with basic statistical learning and deep learning algorithms, with a solid mathematical foundation and excellent grades. Master at least one C++/Python/JAVA programming and be proficient in its application. Those who are familiar with NLP, Audio and CV related algorithms and technologies, proficient in using mainstream frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, etc. Those with relevant training and usage work experience of large models (such as ChatGlm, LLaMA, Wenxin, Qianwen, etc.) are preferred. Those with internship experience in first-tier large model companies such as OpenAI, Microsoft, Baidu, or Alibaba are preferred. Those with high-level paper publications are preferred, including but not limited to ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, Interspeech, ICASSP, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, etc. Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $143,200.00 - $186,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
