Mentor and develop top-tier engineering talent. Spearhead mobile platform transformation initiatives. Define and execute the long-term mobile architecture.What you need to bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on mobile development experience (iOS and/or Android). Extensive experience architecting and building large-scale mobile applications. Proven leadership and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mobile payment technologies and integrations. Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and React Native. Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques. Experience with mobile payments and financial services. Deep understanding of mobile industry trends and competitive landscape.
