IMMEDIATE NEED for Property Manager and Property Coordinator for a luxury apartment community in Anaheim, California. Excellent company, great pay, all candidates must meet the following criteria:



Property Manager

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive Property Management experience. MUST have managed a large, busy and luxury complex, 300 + units.

- Exceptional interpersonal / communication skills, polished and professional a must.





Property Coordinator

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as a Property Coordinator

- Must be comfortable upselling

- Multifamily residential experience preferred.

- Must have STRONG administrative skills including Microsoft Office programs. Yardi experience preferred, but not a must.

- Strong verbal and written communication required.
