A company is looking for a Member Advocate to support members in navigating healthcare and insurance benefits.



Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance on health insurance and employer benefits via various communication channels
Assist with onboarding, claims status updates, and resolving issues related to health plans
Educate customers on maximizing their benefits and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience in social work, patient advocacy, or health coaching preferred
Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
Some knowledge of healthcare and insurance benefits preferred
Self-directed and comfortable with change in a startup environment
