Key Responsibilities

Provide inbound telephone triage services while adhering to state Worker Compensation regulations
Utilize clinical expertise to assess and recommend care for emergent and non-emergent situations
Maintain effective relationships within the team and stay updated on clinical knowledge and protocols


Required Qualifications

Unencumbered RN License in a compact state required
Minimum of three years' recent RN experience in relevant clinical areas
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Ability to function independently in a virtual work environment
