Key Responsibilities

Maintain the Employee Service Center ticketing queue and resolve tickets within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Support HR transactional work related to hires, job changes, and other employee changes
Manage onboarding processes, including offers and background checks, while ensuring data accuracy in Workday


Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Workday
Highly organized and self-motivated
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
