Key Responsibilities

Engage, retain, and upsell existing customer accounts by delivering exceptional customer experiences
Identify customer needs and promote additional products and services
Maintain salesforce.com accounts and complete additional departmental tasks as assigned


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

6 months of high-volume call center and dialer sales experience required
1-2 years of sales or account management experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college graduates preferred
Must be comfortable in a high-volume outbound call center environment
