Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage change management initiatives for new technology platforms and process redesigns
Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments
Create and deliver training strategies and change management programs across various contexts


Required Qualifications

10 years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Process Re-Design experience
10 years of experience leading Enterprise Platform Modernization Efforts
Experience leading at least 2-3 end-to-end large-scale change management implementations
5 years of experience working as part of an enterprise PMO
Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements and familiarity with EHR, EMR, or claims processing More...
