A company is looking for a Head of Implementation Services to oversee and lead the Implementation teams, focusing on operational excellence and client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a vision for the Implementations team to scale operations efficiently while maintaining quality
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Manage teams, providing coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and quality of service


Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading implementations or delivery teams, with at least 3 years in a management role
Proven track record of scaling operations through process improvement and technology adoption
Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
