- Leading and supporting the execution of complex transactions and time-sensitive processes, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and agreement negotiation.
- Analyzing financial data, and conducting research of targeted industries to support investment opportunities.
- Crafting industry and competitive analyses by designing and developing quantitative models to assess the economic performance of targeted companies.
- Creating client marketing and pitch materials through the coordination of internal and external resources.
- Maintaining active involvement and participation in client facing situations and negotiations.
