Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits and manage a book of business of approximately $1,000,000
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and carriers while keeping clients informed on industry trends and regulatory issues
Oversee the open enrollment process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations


Required Qualifications

BA/BS preferred
5+ years of health & welfare experience with core practice competency-based skills
Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry
Technical knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform
Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required; GBA or CEBS Certification is a plus More...
