A very successful luxury auto-mobile company seeks a goal driven Property & Casualty sales agent to support a dynamic workplace.



This position requires a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license. (If you don?t have either we will allow time to attain or renew both upon hiring)



Key functions include:

?Solicit for new business via telephone, networking and face-to-face contact with walk in traffic

?Develop quotes, make sales presentations and close sales

?Process customer policy change requests

?Secure all training documents from customers

?Handle all incoming claim calls from customers

?Complete evidence of insurance requests

?Develop new financial services opportunities

?Ask each customer for referrals

?Return all phone messages promptly

?Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members

?Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements

?Maintain knowledge of new products

?Conduct claims follow up calls



Base pay is $15.00 with commission.

Their is no cap on commission and the current average of employees are taking in about $1000.00 a month in comm!! The position starts as a 30 day trial period (paid) then will go perm.
