Growing company in Riverside is looking for Call Center Representatives to join their team!



Job duties include:

Answer all incoming calls via headset and autodialer. Assist callers with their questions and transfer caller to the appropriate department. Process all orders into data base. Must have accurate data entry skills.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 yrs heavy call volume CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE A MUST!!!!

Great communication skills

Microsoft office
