Our Workforce Security Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team is at the strategic forefront to secure and protect the Intuit Ecosystem as the industry transforms with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will join a team of motivated and creative security engineers with a passion for solving complex security problems through technology.We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to design and implement Data Loss Protection capabilities for complex security use cases, identifying bad actor threat behaviors and preventing/reducing malicious behavior within Intuit's platforms ecosystem. You will be on the forefront, using and securing with AI technology. You will play a critical role in understanding and identifying security risks and applying strong engineering skills to implement end-to-end solutions.Responsibilities - Partner with stakeholders (leaders, architects, engineers, and business units) to understand security risks and collaborate on design, development, deployment, and support of complex end-to-end security capabilities.
- Work on significant initiatives that are broad in scope and complexity, may cross several functional and organizational boundaries, and cover a wide range of issues.
- Evaluate, influence, and recommend technology and product direction. Leverage AI/ML to accelerate the velocity to secure the enterprise.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest GenAI security threats/usage and trends through continuous research and professional development.
- Monitor and analyze GenAI security data, detect worker behavior patterns, and facilitate implemented policies to prevent suspicious activities.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of projects by creating and maintaining technical documentation, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Develop, deploy, and operate security controls from endpoint agents, security policies, and downstream feeds/reporting.
- Keep up to date on the latest technologies and industry trends and apply innovative solutions to solve customer problems.
- Develop a culture of innovation on the team and encourage exploration of new ideas.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $163,500 - $221,000, Southern California $155,500 - $210,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
