This role is critical in shaping Archer's growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities that align with Archer's long-term strategic objectives. We are looking for dynamic, forward-thinking and inspiring, innovative people. - Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll contribute to projects that shape the future of technology, leveraging your analytical skills and understanding of industry trends to drive meaningful results.
- Responsible for the negotiation, documentation, due diligence and integration planning along with researching and analyzing industries, companies and relevant segments and business models.
- Partner with senior leadership to define inorganic strategic themes and evaluate potential strategic opportunities.
- Develop and present detailed strategic business cases and valuation analyses to senior leadership.
- Facilitate and coordinate all phases of sourced deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and refine processes to ensure world-class execution standards.
- Oversee post-close aspects of deals to ensure strategic goals are achieved.
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts to gain insights on trends and opportunities.What You Need:
