Position Summary:

• Own the project and manage the delivery of products and features within the business constraints.
  
• Work with the Health Strategy team to understand business strategy and translate it into product strategy.
  
  Position Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  • Drive the feature development process for consumer health products across all mobile, wearables, and web platforms.
    
  • Understand the world of health and user needs across various consumer segments and translate them into software requirements.
    
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to build health products and work with marketing to launch the product.
    
  • Own the project and manage the delivery of products and features within the business constraints.
    
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy.
    
    Experience Requirements:
    
    
    
    • Bachelor of Science/Master's in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
      
    • 8+ years of proven experience in building web/mobile products.
      
    • 3+ years of experience in building ML/AI products.
      
    • Proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle (concept through deployment and maintenance) is required.
      
    • Excellence at working with cross-functional teams and being an effective written and verbal communicator.
      
    • Experience planning, managing, and leading sophisticated technology projects in a fast-paced technology environment.
      
    • Ability to understand business strategy and formulate product strategy to align with it.
      
    • Excellent presentation and writing skills and ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
      
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and deliver quality products/features on time.
      
    • Experience with competitor analysis, user research analysis, and product analytics.
