Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls from patients and schedule various appointment types
Document and confirm requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
Manage incoming faxes and triage general inquiry calls


Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Experience in a medical office preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems is a plus
