• The competency will have solid knowledge or usage experience of e-beam inspection tool, able to perform feasibility study on tools.
• TechDoc EPS/TPS/TAR deliverables as per ARS requirements for Inspection performance and algorithm improvement.Requirements
  • Can learn and apply new information or skills.
  • Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.
