Help company identify the PMF by consistently engaging with target users, building community, collecting feedback, and identifying their pain points. Establish company as the premier AI job search copilot brand, recognized broadly in the market. Establish relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand the product's reach. Develop and implement strategies to increase user retention and engagement. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth and engagement.Qualifications: 2+ years of experience and proven records in go to market at early stage tech startups.
