Each one of us is a crucial part of the squad and we're always on the lookout for A+ players.--- WHAT YOU WILL DOCampaign performance / analysis: Ensure optimal performance for our customers' retargeting campaign by performing pre-launch / post-launch analysis. Conduct regular audits of accounts and continuous optimization of campaign performance and scale. Ensure best-in-class strategies are applied across our customer accounts, relying on custom analysis and historical best practices. Address requests submitted by the Account management team in a timely and high-quality manner. Support Account management team in building and presenting QBR decks to customers. Management of junior team members.Campaign management: Manage, review and perform daily account responsibilities (budget and performance monitoring). Launch of new campaigns. Work closely with Technical Solutions engineers and Product to resolve issues.Please note that this position is based in San Francisco and requires a six-month onboarding period at the Paris office.--- WHO YOU AREYou will be a good fit to join the Campaign Management team at Adikteev if you have: At least 5 years of relevant experience in AdTech and/or Gaming. At least 2 years of management experience. Very good command of MS Office (PPT, Excel) & Google Suite; SQL is a plus. A good command of English (C1); French, Russian, Chinese or Korean is a plus. Strong business and analytical skills, great attention to detail and independent problem solver. Strong process, organizational and time management skills.
