Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of HR Coordinators and Generalists to support fulfillment center teams
Serve as a primary contact for employee relations, investigating and resolving workplace conflicts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and contribute to HR policy development


Required Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems and collaboration tools
Bachelor's degree preferred
