Key Responsibilities

Lead a geographically dispersed team of adjusters managing liability and bodily damage claims
Create and implement talent development strategies for claims personnel
Measure and communicate individual and team performance results in relation to organizational objectives


Required Qualifications

Three years of injury handling experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Successful experience leading employees in liability investigations and injury evaluations
Strong technical understanding of liability and casualty principles
