A company is looking for an Associate Sourcing Manager responsible for developing and maintaining provider and contractor contracts.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain the process and implementation of independent contractor sourcing
Develop, manage, and maintain provider, clinic, and government contracts
Manage and implement all aspects of domestic and international independent contractor sourcing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related field
2 or more years of experience in Independent Contractor Sourcing/Procurement
Understanding of multi-state independent contractor/1099 law
Proficient utilization of business software tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint
