Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with GAAP
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis
Support audit processes and ensure adherence to federal/state regulations and company policies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-3 years of accounting experience, particularly with month-end and year-end close processes
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with audit processes
