The goal of the Sr. Growth Manager is to significantly grow the number of unique encounters with prospects and to increase market share by following an aggressive growth strategy. This opportunity is right for anyone who desires to be a world-class salesperson in healthcare.Primary Job Duties: - Conduct targeted, relationship-building, in-person calls on prospective independent physician practices to identify decision makers and qualify opportunities with the goal of setting qualified appointments
- Manage a quota and follow up with interested physicians managing opportunities to close
- Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce (CRM) and participate in weekly sales meetings and calls with internal and external teams
- Collaborate closely with in-office Growth Operations Associates to gather intelligence, research, and qualify prospects
- Help to segment a market/region with the Director to further develop a target list of independent primary care practices
- Develop strategies for maximizing our presence in-market
- Contribute new ideas and share best practices with a rapidly scaling national sales team
- Create relationships with potential partners
- Follow through with communications to prospects
- Work with the varied constituencies in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation with top accounts and new opportunitiesQualifications
