Key Responsibilities

Maintain and evolve social platform expertise by advising clients on best practices and emerging trends
Oversee social content and channel management, ensuring timely approvals and coordination between clients and account teams
Mentor and cultivate the growth of junior team members through strategic counsel and coaching


Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in health, biotech, or pharmaceutical social media
Demonstrated understanding of organic and paid social media execution across various channels
