Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize the HIE portal for secure health data exchange
Oversee OID administration and manage secure communication channels via DirectTrust
Lead IT deployment for new projects and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance and performance


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or equivalent
Deep expertise in HIE configurations and Healthcare Interoperability
Experience with patient portal management and direct messaging systems
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR)
