Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the BI and analytics agenda aligned with the bank's goals
Create a new data warehouse and enhance BI and analytics infrastructure
Build and lead a high-performing BI & analytics team while fostering a data-driven culture


Required Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree in business, analytics, or a related field
15+ years of experience in financial services or related industries focusing on data and analytics
Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in a banking context
Master's Degree or progress towards relevant certifications is preferred
