Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the Pullman brand, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Manage and optimize hotel website content and user experience (UX) to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions.

Oversee social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.

Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive direct bookings.

Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.

Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles within the hospitality.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
