A company is looking for an Associate Durable Medical Equipment Specialist to manage member inquiries related to durable medical equipment.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries regarding DME via telephone and email
Manage and analyze financial transactions to ensure compliance with Medicare and regulatory requirements
Act as a liaison between members and vendors to facilitate pricing and orders of DME items


Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a customer service role related to DME, healthcare, Medicare, or insurance services
Experience managing documentation and facilitating orders in DME with knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of administrative procedures, managing files, data entry, and office terminology
Multi-lingual with a preference for Spanish (preferred)
Able to work 11:30am to 8pm EST with flexibility in shift changes More...
