While our Costa Rica business office is based in the beautiful and sunny province of Heredia, at a convenient We Work building with wonderful co-working space, most of our global team members in Costa Rica are able to work exclusively from home.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Sales Account Executive will obtain and cultivate new accounts through incoming leads, social selling, and pipeline management. The position is accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, gross profit, and sales goals. This position is required to take an aggressive approach to business development. They take an active role in learning the uniform business and maintaining an understanding of the markets and industries UA serves.WHAT YOU'LL DO - Maximize sales opportunities through the conversion of incoming leads, social selling, networking at various events, client visits, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrate an understanding of UA's pricing, administrative procedures (SOPs), and organization to effectively implement client solutions in a timely fashion.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and maintain a current understanding of competitor's services, solutions, and price offerings.
- Target business-focused selling efforts. Must understand customer's business and buying traits.
- Show leadership success by demonstrating an ability to listen and respond to a wide variety of requests.
- Establish and maintain effective communication, cooperation, and coordination with various internal departments and team members.WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position. Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in English.
- High school or equivalent - Bachelor's degree preferred in General business, marketing, psychology.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with relevant B2B telephone sales experience with a strong track record of achievement.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience using MS Office and the Internet.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with strong sales aptitude.
- Advanced experience as a consultative seller with the ability to close sales.
