Key Responsibilities

Run a customer lifecycle program with operational excellence, collaborating with teams to design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns
Optimize lifecycle journeys through experimentation and data, adapting content for cultural relevance in each market
Measure campaign effectiveness and develop a lifecycle campaign roadmap based on regional customer insights and business objectives


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or digital customer programs in a global B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of market segmentation, customer journey mapping, and campaign automation
History of successfully launching end-to-end lifecycle programs
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
