Key Responsibilities

Respond to routine security alerts and collaborate with the security team
Manage and resolve service desk tickets alongside the IT team
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and access control modifications in line with HITRUST requirements


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field
Proficiency with MacOS software, hardware, and deployment strategies in an enterprise setting
Experience with technologies such as Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace Admin, and Zscaler
Entry-level cybersecurity certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+) is a plus
