Key Responsibilities

Communicate technical details of the infrastructure to customers and internal teams
Oversee the planning and completion of the customer implementation process
Serve as the technical escalation point and collaborate on POC solutions


Required Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS
Familiarity with telephony systems and contact center technologies
