This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales organization runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our high-value account teams in meeting their revenue goals.Key Responsibilities: - Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans to effectively deliver on our quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Drive improvements in sales productivity by simplifying and automating processes where possible.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
- Sales Forecasting: Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Central Rev Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and optimize the organization's sales initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate opportunities and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly.Qualifications:
