Support the development of the 3Y Vision and annual planning for the Pretzels portfolio
Develop actionable insights from market data and consumer research to identify opportunities and risks
Lead commercialization of brand projects through the stage gate process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with financial goals


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and/or General Management
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
