You'll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Responsibilities:

--- Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
--- Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
--- Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion
--- Serve as legal counsel on the clients' behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation
--- Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary


Qualifications:

--- Computer proficiency is essential
--- Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
--- A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
--- State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
--- Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative
