Currently recruiting for Experienced Outbound Customer Service Representatives to work at a 3rd party call center in the Natomas area.



We are looking for candidates with a knowledge in Insurance Sales, who have drive, initiative, and an energetic personality to match!



These positions consist of Outbound calls to consumers who are interested in purchasing insurance policies from a well known insurance company.



Positions need to be filled IMMEDIATELY!



Details of these positions include:



*Base pay will be $11.00/Hour



*Must be able to work anywhere from 6am to 7pm Monday-Friday and at least 1-2 Saturdays a month!



Must be open to 30-40 Hours/wk



Must have a confident and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport over the phone!!!



PERSONALITY & ENTHUSIASM is key!! A DRIVE for SUCCESS is a MUST!



To be considered for these opportunities, the following criteria MUST be met:

1. All applicants MUST pass a Background Check

2. Candidates must be looking for a long term contract position

3. Candidates must be comfortable working off of leads (warm/aged) to perform outbound calls for various products.

4. Candidates must have strong basic computer skills

5. Candidates must have a high attention to detail and be able to multi-task

6. All candidates MUST be able to work at least 1-2 Saturdays/month

7. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be open to a 30-40 hours/wk
