Key Responsibilities

Review post charge-off accounts and settlement requests independently
Process payments, establish payment plans, and track account activity
Collaborate with the 3rd Party Oversight Team to execute recovery strategies


Required Qualifications

1 year of personal loan collections experience
2 years of general customer service experience
Loan review/funding experience strongly preferred
Intermediate Excel skills and general computer literacy
