Key Responsibilities

Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent
Collaborate across multiple business groups and industries, demonstrating expertise in various sectors
Perform in-depth research, industry calibration, and reference checks to target top talent


Required Qualifications

8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research experience
5+ years of experience with Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
Experience in the technology industry is required
Experience with executive recruiting preferred, particularly in an executive search agency or corporate team
Software Engineering or Machine Learning/Data Center/Cloud Infrastructure experience is a plus More...
