  Job Details
  • RN CVOR position at Saint Agnes Medical Center, Fresno, California.
  • 10 shifts of call a month including one weekend, totaling 48 hours.
  • Contract length is 13 weeks.
    Job Requirements
    • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
    • ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU.
    • California RN license verification required within 30 days of start.
    • 9 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start date.
    • Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed and on file.
    • Trinity I9 form must be completed by the agency.
    • Trinity Confidentiality Agreement must be signed and on file.
    • Trinity MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) must be dated within 30 days of start.
    • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required.
    • COVID-19 Vaccine proof required.
    • MMR vaccination proof required.
    • Hepatitis B vaccination proof required.
    • Influenza Vaccine proof required.
    • Varicella vaccination proof required.
    • Tdap vaccination proof required.
