Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for the Connectivity Business Unit (BU), including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with Marketing and Engineering teams to align financial strategies with business goals and drive cross-functional collaboration. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.What You Can Expect - Lead the FP&A function for the Connectivity BU, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and optimize financial performance.
