Intuit's Brand & Transformation team is looking for an innovative and skilled Senior Brand and Marketing Designer to join our creative team. We are a centrally-located team that aligns our customers and employees around a unified Intuit brand vision. Our team leads Intuit's visual identity, art direction, and brand design system across channels, including go-to-market/advertising, events, video, digital, and core brand deliverables. You will work with cross-functional partners and external collaborators to scale the Intuit brand and design system.Responsibilities - Contribute to end-to-end brand creative solutions that reflect Intuit's visual identity and brand strategy
- Support design development from project kickoff to final delivery, including research, exploration, and production
- Under the direction of a creative leader, create original design solutions for 2D and environmental execution for internal, business and consumer experiences: branding, design systems, social media and digital
- Apply Intuit brand design standards and best practices to meet project goals and elevate brand expression
- Collaborate with team members across design, program management, and marketing to support project needs and ensure brand consistency
- Manage priorities, juggle multiple projects, and communicate any constraints or roadblocks to leadershipIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $115,500 - 156,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
