Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and application support for software, hardware, and peripherals
Perform root cause analysis and document troubleshooting actions for client issues
Consult with clients to resolve technical issues and manage escalations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in healthcare technology
Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or AWS are a plus
Experience with software development, networking, and system administration
