Key Responsibilities

Establish and oversee validation and governance of AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and compliance
Collaborate with Data Science, Product Management, and Engineering teams to align on validation strategies and mitigate risks
Communicate validation results and insights to senior management and stakeholders, promoting best practices


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's preferred
5 years of experience in AI model validation or governance, with knowledge of machine learning algorithms
Experience with regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in AI
