FabFitFun is searching for an Associate Digital Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team! This role will report to the Senior Digital Merchandising Manager and will work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Creative, Product, and Operations teams to roll out successful ecommerce sales.Location: This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA where we are operating from a hybrid model of 3 days a week in-office. This role is not eligible for remote.What You'll Do: - Executing strategic tasks associated with website merchandising strategy and plans for box, ecom, and other sales initiatives.
- Responsible for the execution of ecommerce sale set-up tasks; involving product metadata maintenance, sale staging, and product data validations.
- Conducting reporting and site sweeps of all items featured in a sales initiative to ensure data accuracy.
- Tracks sales assortments, analyzes reports, and discusses information with digital merchandising manager, planning, and buying in a timely fashion.
- Reports cross functional team and user feedback to digital merchandising Manager to collaborate on informed, customer-centric decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage online execution of new product launches, including submission of copy, creative requests, and product QA.What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, Digital/Social Media or related field
- 2-3 years experience working in a fast-paced and creative ecommerce environment (Prior flash sales environments experience a plus!)
- Meticulous attention to detail and able to manage across multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in working cross functionally between product, marketing, merchandising, buying and planning
- Open to flexible working hours to support business needs; morning go-lives and some weekend support required
