A company is looking for a Commercial and Product Counsel to provide legal guidance and support in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.



Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance and transactional support while minimizing legal and regulatory risk
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and provide guidance to Product and Engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic transactions and product initiatives


Required Qualifications

JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar
3+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments
Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills
